TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties THE TOKEN AND THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AKAD.FINANCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AKAD.FINANCE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE TOKEN WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE DURING THE IDO.
10. Limitation of Liability AKAD.FINANCE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE IDO, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of \[Insert Governing Law]. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of \[Insert Jurisdiction].
