# Barakah Reward (LP)

{% hint style="success" %}
Akad.Finance uses a swap fee of 0.3% and an allocation distribution of LP rewards or Barakah of 80% for LP, 2.5% for Zakat, and 17.5% for the platform or management
{% endhint %}

For example, suppose you as an LP on Akad.Finance have contributed 10,000 AKAD Tokens to the liquidity pool with a total liquidity in the pool of 100,000 AKAD Tokens. If there is a total transaction of 100,000 AKAD Tokens in the market with a total transaction value of 100,000 grams of gold and a transaction fee of 0.3%, then the total transaction fee generated is 300 AKAD Tokens or equivalent to 300 grams of gold.

From the total transaction fee, 80% or equivalent to 240 AKAD Tokens or 240 grams of gold will be distributed to LP as Barakah rewards. In this case, LP who has contributed 10,000 AKAD Tokens will receive 80% of the rewards, which is 192 AKAD Tokens or 192 grams of gold.

In addition, 2.5% or equivalent to 7.5 AKAD Tokens or 7.5 grams of gold will be channeled to the zakat institution that cooperates with Akad.Finance. Meanwhile, 17.5% or equivalent to 52.5 AKAD Tokens or 52.5 grams of gold will be used to support the development and operational of the Akad.Finance platform.

So, if you as an LP on Akad.Finance have contributed 10,000 AKAD Tokens to the liquidity pool with a total liquidity in the pool of 100,000 AKAD Tokens, and there is a total transaction of 100,000 AKAD Tokens in the market with a transaction fee of 0.3%, then you will receive Barakah rewards of 192 AKAD Tokens or 192 grams of gold, while 7.5 AKAD Tokens or 7.5 grams of gold will be channeled for zakat, and 52.5 AKAD Tokens or 52.5 grams of gold will be used for the development and operational of the Akad.Finance platform.

That is an example calculation of Barakah rewards or LP Rewards in Akad.Finance by using a swap fee of 0.3% and an allocation distribution of LP rewards or Barakah of 80% for LP, 2.5% for Zakat, and 17.5% for the platform or management. Please note that the example above is only illustrative, and the actual results of Barakah rewards may vary depending on market conditions and trading activities on the platform.
